Special Notes / Equipment: Stock Pot
Instructions for stock pot:
- Mix the 1 teas Bouillon into the hot water until it dissolves. Add cool water to make 3 cups.
- Add liquid + bay leaf to the stock pot. Turn on high with the lid.
- Add chicken breasts. The liquid should be covering most of the chicken except for the top, if not you will need to add more water.
- Add salt, and wait for the liquid + chicken to simmer.
- Allow to cook for 15-20 minutes until the thermometer reads 165 degrees.
- Remove chicken and place into a mixing bowl. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes.
- Using the forks pull apart or shred the chicken. Mid way through shredding add sauce and continue. Mix until all chicken is shiny and has a slight color of the chosen sauce.
- Taste to ensure that you like it, if not add more sauce.
