This recipe is for anyone that wants to eat a burger but maybe not feel absolutely crushed afterward. The burger patties are delish, but you can also roll this recipe into meatballs and bake them off for your next party. Trust me, they will be a hit!

Why You'll Love This Recipe:

  • The patties are balanced and savory. Perfect for anybody, even kiddos!
  • Easy to prep a bunch and keep in the freezer for future use.

Chef Tips + Tricks:

  • Want to roll them into meatballs for a party. Ideal size is about 2 tablespoons, throw them into the fridge to set for 10 minutes, and then into the oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the temp reads 165 degrees.
  • Love cheese? Add shredded cheese right before forming the patties.
  • Worried about your knife skills and chopping parsley?  Skip to the store for the dried stuff, it will do the trick.
  • Wanna make it spicy - add some red pepper flakes or a dash of cayenne.
  • Freezer friendly recipe: after forming the patties, freeze them on a baking sheet to set their shape, then transfer them to a plastic bag or container. They are good for up to three months. Defrost the patties and cook them as directed.
